Orders are taken by Fax and are shipped with German Parcel Service (within Germany) or Federal Express (international orders). If any other courier services is preferred, please specify this service and include your account number on the order.

All prices on our list are in EURO (€) without VAT (value added tax) and freight cost. VAT is not applicable for customers outside of Europe. European customers with a VAT identification number are not liable to this tax and should mention this number on their order.

Terms of payment are strictly within 10 days after receipt of goods. The goods remain within the ownership of ibt GmbH until payment has been made.

For new customers, prepayment is required. Please ask for a proforma invoice.

Complaints have to be made within 30 days from shipment.
