Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Proteins (IGFBP´s)
Human IGFBP-4, recombinant protein (Receptor Grade)
Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein-4, human, recombinant Synonyms: Igf binding protein 4; Ibp4, HT29-IGFBP (HT29 insulin-like growth factor binding protein),
Product Specifications:
Human Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein-4 (rhIGFBP-4) is a 237 amino acid glycosylated protein that is one of the six 'classical' IGF binding proteins. These binding proteins have an important role in stabilizing and regulating the activity of IGFs in vivo. The product, purified by IGF affinity chromatography, contains dimers of hIGFBP4 by SDS-PAGE and also <10% CHO cell derived native hamster IGFBP-4.
