Product Specifications Anti-rat IGFBP-4:
Rat IGFBP-4 antiserum is a polyclonal antiserum raised in rabbits against recombinant rat IGFBP-4. The antiserum has been characterized for RIA.
Quantity: 100 µl of lyophilized serum.
Specificity: No cross-reactivity with horse, human or pig serum.
Titre: Can be used at a dilution of 1/40,000 in RIA. Levels of 200 ng/ml can be detected in rat serum or wound fluid. For Western immunoblotting, the antiserum can be used at a dilution of 1/5,000.
Reconstitution: Dissolve in 100 µl sterile water. Dilute in a suitable buffer solution appropriate for the desired application.
Storage/Stability: At least 2 years at 2-4°C (lyophilized). After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
