Mouse/rat IGFBP-2 antiserum is a polyclonal antiserum raised against a synthetic peptide of mouse IGFBP-2. This antiserum is suitable for use in immunohistochemistry and Western blots.
Source: The antiserum is derived from rabbit serum raised against a synthetic peptide of mouse IGFBP-2.
Quantity: 100 µl of serum
Appearance: White powder
Specificity: The antiserum is specific for mouse IGFBP-2. The antiserum shows cross-reactivity with rat IGFBP-2. No crossreactivity is found with other mouse IGFBPs.
Titre: Can be used at a dilution of 1/250 or 1/500 for immunohistochemistry on paraffin or frozen sections. For Western blotting the antiserum can be used at a dilution of 1/10,000.
Reconstitution: Dissolve in water or a suitable buffer solution appropriate for the desired application.
Storage/Stability: At least 2 years at 2 -4°C (lyophilised). After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
