This IGF-I antiserum has been selected for immunohistochemistry studies in human and rat tissues. It is an affinity purified antiserum raised against an immunogenic form of IGF-I.
Source: The antiserum was obtained from rabbitimmunized with an immunogenic form of IGF-I.
Quantity: 200 µg.
Appearance: Lyophilised powder.
Specificity: Can be used for immunohistochemistry studies with either rat or human tissues. Titre: Use at a dilution of 1/50 to 1/200 for immunohistochemistrry in human and rat tissues. Reconstitution: Dissolve in 200 µl sterile water. Dilute in the buffer required for immunohistochemistry. Storage/Stability: At least 2 years at 2 -4°C (lyophilised).
