Product Specifications Anti-human/chicken/porcine IGF-II:
The Product: An IGF-II affinity column was used to purify a polyclonal antiserum obtained from rabbits immunized with a recombinant IGF-II-ovalbumin conjugate.
Quantity: 50 ug protein (lyophilized from PBS).
Reconstitution: Reconstitute in 500 ul sterile water.
Cross-Reactivity: The immunoglobulin recognizes rat IGF-II but not rat IGF-I. It recognizes human IGF-II but also human IGF-I (20%), and chicken and salmon IGF-II.
Application: Suitable for immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry in rat tissues.
Titre: Use at a final dilution of 1/100 for immunohisto-chemistry in rat tissues. Use at a final dilution of 1/1000 for immunoblotting.
Storage / Stability: In lyophilized form the immunoglobulin is stable for at least 2 years at 2-4°C. After re-constitution, aliquot and store at –20°C or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
