Anti-Human Nerve Growth Factor Receptor, Low Affinity, p75
p75 antibody is a murine monoclonal antibody directed against p75 isolated from the plasma membranes of PC12 cells. The antibody has been characterized for immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry. The monoclonal antibody is specific for the rat low affinity NGF Receptor (p75) and does not recognise NGFR from other animal species. For immunohistochemistry, optimal staining in the rat nervous system is obtained when used at a concentration of 5 µg/ml. For immunoprecipitation, a concentration of 2-5 µg/ml has been used.
