Product Specifications Anti-human IGFBPrP-1:
Human IGFBP-rP1 (otherwise known as IGFBP-7 or mac25) polyclonal antiserum is obtained from rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide of human IGFBP-rP1. This antiserum is suitable for use for EIA and Western blotting.
Quantity: 100 µl of lyophilized serum
Specificity: The antiserum is specific for human IGFBP-rP1. No crossreactivity is found with human IGFBPs 1-6.
Titre: Can be used at a dilution of 1/150,000 for EIA. Half-maximal inhibition (ED50) is produced by <10 ng hIGFBP-rP1 / 100µl. For Western blotting use a dilution of 1/4,000 under reducing conditions.
Reconstitution: Dissolve in 100 µl of sterile water.
Storage/Stability: At least 2 years at 2-4°C (lyophilized). After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
