The Product: Anti-human IGF-II IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified human recombinant IGF-II expressed in yeast cells. The antigen was purified by sequential chromatography. The monoclonal antibody is purified using Protein G.

Biological Activity: This monoclonal antibody recognizes recombinant IGF-II by Western analysis and ELISA. This monoclonal antibody cross-reacts slightly with IGF-I when used in a 1/100 dilution on a Western assay.

Formulation: IgG fraction. Frozen liquid. 0.5 mg/ml. Formulated in 0.1M Tris-HCl (pH 7.5).

Storage: Store at -20°C.
