Clones: PG10, G2D11.
Description: clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with lysate of virus-infected cells (Clone PG10) or synthetic peptide conjugated with hsp70 (Clone G2D11).
Specificity: Clone PG10 is specific for Puumala strain without cross reactivity with Dobrava, Hanta and Seoul strains.
Clone G2D11 is specific for protein G2.
Isotypes: IgG1 for Clone G2D11, IgG2a for Clone PG10.
Applications: Clone G2D11 is working in Western blotting, Clone PG10 has virus neutralizing activity.
Purification: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose.
Formulation: PBS, pH 7.4, < 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3).
