Clones: 2D2, 3G8, 1G2, 1H4.
Description: clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with inactivate FMD virus (Clones 2D2 and 3G8), or recombinant non-structural protein of FMDV (Clones 1G2 and 1H4).
Specificity: Clones 2D2 and 3G8 are specific for virulent serotype O1. Clones 1G2 and 1H4 are specific for NS- non-structural proteins.
Isotype: IgG2a for all clones.
Applications: All Clones are working in ELISA. Clones 2D2 and 3G8 are working also in immunodiffusion.
Purification: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose.
Formulation: PBS, pH 7.4, < 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3).
Storage: + 4 °C.
