Anti-Human Transforming Growth Factor-alpha

Human Transforming Growth Factor-alpha antiserum is a polyclonal antiserum raised against human TGF-alpha. This antiserum is suitable for ELISAs, and should find application in immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry. Cross-reactivity with human EGF is < 0.01%. Can be used at a dilution of 1/1,000 in ELISA assays. The antiserum has an ED50 of 6 ng/100 µl.
