Anti-Mouse Epidermal Growth Factor

Description: Anti-Mouse EGF IgG fraction is a monoclonal antibody raised against purified recombinant mouse EGF expressed in yeast cells. The antigen was purified by sequential chromatography (Final: reverse-phase HPLC). The monoclonal antibody is purified using Protein G. This monoclonal antibody recognizes mouse recombinant EGF in the oxidized or reduced form of the protein. It does not crossreact with human EGF on a Western blot assay (1/100 dilution).
