Description: Clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with prolactin.

Specificity: High affinity for prolactin.

Isotypes: IgG for Clone P1, IgG1 for Clone PRL2.

Applications: EIA, Western blotting. Clone PRL2 is also suitable for affinity purification of prolactin.

Purification: Ion exchange chromatography.
