Description: Clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant leptin.

Specificity: Clones recognize recombinant human leptin and leptin circulating in human blood.

Isotype: IgG1 for all Clones

Applications: Leptin immunoassay. All Clones recognize human leptin in Western blotting.
Clones were tested in sandwich immunoassay with human blood samples. All recommended pairs recognize antigen in human blood with high sensitivity.
