Clones: XM207, HPRO-1, HPRO-2, HPRO-3.
Description: Clone XM207 has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with conjugate of purified progesterone with BSA. For HPRO-1, HPRO-2 and HPRO-3 immunogen was conjugate of 17α-hydroxyprogesterone with BSA.

Clone HPRO-2 - Progesterone
Clones HPRO-1,  HPRO-3 - 17α-hydroxyprogesterone
Clone XM207 reacts with progesterone in ELISA. Clones HPRO-1, HPRO-2 and HPRO-3 react with 17α-hydroxyprogesterone-BSA conjugate and free 17α-hydroxyprogesterone. There is no cross-reactivity with BSA.

Isotypes: IgG2b for Clones XM207, HPRO-2 and HPRO-3, IgG3 for Clone HPRO-1

Applications: XM207 and HPRO-2 can be used for detection of progesterone.
HPRO-1 and HPRO-3 can be used in competitive assay of 17α-hydroxyprogesterone.

Purification: HPRO-1, HPRO-2 and HPRO-3 by chromatography on protein G Sepharose, and XM207 by ion exchange chromatography.

Formulation: HPRO-1, HPRO-2 and HPRO-3 in PBS, pH 7.4, < 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3), XM207 in 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.05% of sodium azide (NaN3).
