Anti-Human Platelet-derived Growth Factor AA

Anti-human PDGF-AA IgG fraction is a polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against purified human recombinant PDGF-AA. It is purified using Protein G. Using a 1:100 dilution, together with the alkaline phosphatase detection system, this polyclonal antibody recognizes recombinant human PDGF-AA in both the oxidized and reduced forms by Western blot analysis.
