Description: IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 4D4/F7) obtained by immunization of mice with HERV K gag antigen (82 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

Isotype: IgG1.

Storage: Store at -20°C.

Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Biological Activity:This antibody can be used in ELISA assays (1:2,000 dilution) and Western Blot analysis (1:8,000 dilution). It recognizes HERV K gag and capsid antigens by Western Blot.

Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
