Anti-Nucleoprotein of Four Corners (Sin Nombre) Hantavirus, mouse monoclonal antibody. Clone 5F1/F7. This monoclonal antibody was raised against purified nucleoprotein (recombinant protein). The monoclonal antibody was purified using Protein G-Sepharose. Ig Subtype: IgG-1. Recognizes the native nucleoprotein by Western blot and ELISA. Recognizes amino acid 66 to 78 of the nucleoprotein.
