Description: IgG fraction from mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 1B5/E9) obtained by immunization of mice with the N-terminal domain (aa1- aa219) of glycoprotein 2 of <st1:place w:st="on">Andes</st1:place> virus. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
Isotype: IgG1
Storage: Store at -20°C.
Stability: Stable for at least one year. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Applications: This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:10,000 dilution), Western Blot (1:16,000 dilution) and immunofluorescence studies. It recognizes the N-terminal region (aa1 - aa219) of Andes virus glycoprotein 2 (G2), this region corresponds to aa647 - aa866 of glycoprotein precursor.
Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
