Anti-Francisella Tularensis, monoclonal, mouse

Mouse monoclonal antibody, IgG fraction. Recognises LPS of virulent and vaccine strains of Fr. tularensis. There is no cross-reactivity with Fr. novicida, Br. abortus, Br. suis, Br. melitensis, Br. ovis, Y. pestis, Y. enterocolitica, Y. pseudotuberculosis, E.Coli, V. cholerae. The binding site for MoAbFB11 is located on the O-antigen polysaccharidechain. Tested in ELISA and immunofluorescence technique.
