Anti-Infectious salmon anemia virus Matrix protein (ISAV), monoclonal, mouse
Clone 1D6/C8
Product Specifications Anti-Infectious salmon anemia virus (ISAV) Matrix protein. IgG fraction monoclonal antibody (clone 1D6/C8):
Description: Mouse monoclonal antibody IgG fraction (clone 1D6/C8) obtained by immunizing mice with a purified matrix recombinant protein of ISAV. The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
Isotype: IgG1.
Stability: Stable at least one year at -20ºC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Applications: This antibody can be used in ELISA (1:500 dilution), Western blot (1:500 dilution), and indirect immunofluorescence (1:250). It recognizes 23 kDa protein corresponding to ISAV matrix protein. ISAV is an enveloped virus that belongs to the family Orthomyxoviridae and genus Isavirus. Its genoma comprises eight negative-sense, single-stranded RNA segments and encodes four major structural proteins including the matrix, the nucleoprotein, and two membrane glycoproteins (hemagglutinin-esterase and gp50). ISAV infects mainly endothelial cells and leukocytes and causes a multisystemic disease characterized by high mortality with exophthalmia, pale gills, ascites, hemorrhagic liver necrosis, and renal interstitial hemorrhage.
Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
