Description: Mouse monoclonal antibody IgG fraction (clone 8E10/G6) obtained by immunizing mice with six Chilean isolates of Flavobacterium psychrophilum (whole bacterial cells). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.
Isotype: IgG1.
Storage: Store at -20ºC.
Stability: Stable at least one year at -20ºC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Applications: This antibody can be used in ELISA (1:1,000 dilution), Western blot (1: 1,000 dilution), and indirect immunofluorescence (1:1,000 dilution) assays. F. psychrophilum is a Gram-negative, slender rod-shaped bacterium with rounded ends that are motile by gliding. It is widespread woldwide and is the causative agent of bacterial cold water disease (CWD) which cause high mortality in salmonid and non-salmonid species.
Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/ml in PBS.
